Papercut is a cocktail bar and contemporary art gallery in East Austin where the art drives the menu. Each exhibition features a new artist and the cocktail program is built around their work, stories, tastes, and memories. The result is an experience that changes completely every few months: ambitious drinks, rotating art, and a dark, intimate room built for lingering. Come for the art, stay for the food & drink.
