Long ago I quit using the word “Done,” instead I choose to use the word “Stop.” I stop at an interesting place and let it breathe. Some of it is a dance, an unfinished dream–a process in which there is no end. Being a Yoga Therapist much of my inspiration indeed comes from the practice of Yoga, in particular the Yama Aparigraha, meaning “non-attachment.” I express emotional life through energetic movement and bold unapologetic color, often referencing the chakra system and the vitality our souls radiate. Recently I’ve been exploring fluid motion layers juxtaposed with harsh line boundaries.
