Painting
I work to make bold, oversized heads, often with horns or wings, but always looking out to the world. The heads show up from somewhere, and I don’t judge. I follow instinct, letting loose strokes, odd details, and accidents shape who they become.
After years in the corporate world, I’ve returned to art with less interest in getting things right and more interest in seeing what shows up. My work is about presence, personality, and the strange ways we ask to be seen. If it makes you laugh, look twice, or wonder what exactly is going on, that’s enough.
