Based in Austin, Texas, Poppy Peña is a glass artist and lamp maker whose work lives at the intersection of glass and woodworking. Drawing playful inspiration from florals and clouds, she designs and handcrafts lamps that bring a sense of whimsy and warmth into everyday spaces. Each piece is an exploration of light, texture, and form, merging the fluidity of glass with the grounded warmth of wood. Poppy Peña’s latest collection of night lights debuts at the Austin Studio Tour, continuing a body of work rooted in curiosity, function, craftsmanship, and a love of natural materials.
