Patrick Lucas

Design
Patrick is an architect and artist whose work returns again and again to a single question: How does color change the way we view a form? His photography, drawings, and prints often depict the same structure twice, once in black and white, then in color, exploring texture, space, and scale through that diptych. The result is a body of work built on repetition, precision, and rhythm.

What To expect

Step into our light-filled architecture and design studio, temporarily transformed into a shared gallery featuring work by several artists who work here day to day. Overlooking Pease Park, the studio offers a unique setting to explore the work, meet the artists behind it, and experience art within a space dedicated to design and creative practice. I’ll be sharing photography, drawings, and prints that often depict the same structure twice, once in black and white, then in color, exploring texture, space, and scale through that diptych.
