My work is largely based on personal observations and experiences. I begin with small studies and renderings meant to translate these into different possible interpretations. Elements are taken out of context and recombined into new environments where they are invariably reinterpreted with different twists and meanings through common symbols, misleading clues, apparent non sequiturs and juxtaposition.
