I paint and collage using mixed media, mostly acrylic paint, oil pastels, spray paint, and old Playboy magazines and vintage anatomy books, among other things. I’m self taught and have been selling my work in and around Austin since 2021. I explore the complex, whimsical and loving nature of women. Creating movement and heavy texture on canvas, covered by soft yet vibrant colors, helps me express the beauty and intensity of my lived experiences. I have been on sabbatical, traveling for the last few years, and I am back living in TX and so happy to be back in my space painting again!
