I began metalsmithing while studying Studio Art at the University of Texas at Austin. I am attracted to the weight, balance, color and movement in my work. My process typically begins with building prototypes in paper and then taking those forms and iterating them into metal. I use sterling, gold, enamel and stones. All my work is created in my studio by myself and my long time assistant.
