The work at this venue is by Dennis Dunn. Dennis is no longer with us, his work is being shown by his family. His work on paper is primarily printmaking, watercolor and drawings. His work is usually figurative, although there are landscapes, that often seem figurative. It is often of the irrational or paradoxical, made to seem normal. He said in his artist statement, “I draw impressions, fleeting images, briefly imagined figures, or deeply imbedded figures that have lingered long in the depths of my imagination. I dwell on the fantastic, as in “something nature never created”.”
