Come see paintings that glow from within—neon-soaked faces in private bliss, figures diving through swirling water, elders wreathed in smoke, and silhouettes walking into radiant light. Featured Individual Artist David Neeld, also selected for the People’s Gallery at Austin City Hall, works in luminous color and bold silhouette at mural and studio scale, and plans to paint live during the Tour. Meet the artist, watch work take shape, view originals and prints up close, and talk process and commissions.
