Hello, animal and nature lovers! I’m Daniel Trelenberg, an artist based in Austin, Texas. My Western hieroglyphic art is rooted in my deep respect for nature and animals. The warm earth tones and bold contrasts help my animal shapes stand out. I paint Texas Native plants and animals and puzzle pieces them to create compelling scenes. History has always interested me, and I often find myself researching artifacts from the past. My works are an ode to ancient civilizations and their respect for nature.
