Painting
I make art with halftones, which are a repeating pattern that varies in thickness to create the illusion of shading and gradients. I scale the pattern up so that it is an expressive part of the image, a style which I call Halftonism. It’s possible to make halftones in many different media, but for the last several years I have focused primarily on painting them on walls and canvases.
