I am a mixed media artist inspired by folk tales, folk art, archaeology and other forms of historical art. My primary focus recently has been on ceramics, where I embrace the use of functional pottery decorated to capture characters and stories. I’m interested in how ceramics have been used to tell stories throughout history, and how we can continue that tradition today.
